Job Description

Since now, Morgan was in charge of sales. In a few weeks, he will leave to Hong Kong to accelerate Sparkmate's international development.

You will be the very first sales of Sparkmate, to date we haven't had any sales and prospection tactics, you will start from a blank page and have a lot of autonomy in your work.

You will have only one goal, Grow Sparkmate's Sales, which include things like:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

But also anything you have in mind to maintain and focus increase our growth (we are approximately at a +20% month to month growth rate)

Preferred Experience

  • No degree required, just some great experiences needed and a willingness to help us becoming a standard in the engineering industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, take initiatives and use technology / automations to faciliate your work
  • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment, adapt to changes and overcome challenges as they arise
  • English is mandatory, French is very welcome
