Job Description

Since now, Morgan was in charge of prospection and sales. In a few weeks, he will leave to Hong Kong to accelerate Sparkmate's international development.

We are hiring a Business developer, as an intern, to make an experiment and see if we can boost prospection and sales for our Paris squad.

You will work hand in hand with Maxime, co-founder and Paris' squad lead as well as Morgan, co-founder and CEO. You will also interact day by day with the rest of the team (all are engineers / designers).

Basically, the missions are :

  • Prospection ➡️ increase number of qualified prospects
  • Customer success ➡️ improve customer satisfaction, project follow-up and feedback management (bridge between clients and our tech team)

Additional help in marketing and communication will also very likely be needed :)

Preferred Experience

  • No degree required, just some great experiences needed and a willingness to help us becoming a standard in the engineering industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, take initiatives and use technology / automations to faciliate your work
  • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment, adapt to changes and overcome challenges as they arise
  • English is mandatory, French is very welcome
